You are using Robtalk's 2.6.32 kernel or the 2.6.31 kernels I linked to? It has been a wile since I did this but I will try to help if I can.

Your instructions are very succinct. However, when my system boots up, it does not find any network interface. There is no eth0 or eth1. I did install the latest image from Robertalks website.
